Here comes New York

In case you missed it, New York recently passed legislation to comply with the Supreme Court's recent ruling overturning discriminatory wine shipping laws. As the 3rd largest wine comsuming state, this is big news to wineries. We still need a case clarifying that the same rules apply to retailers that apply to wineries, but it is a step in the right direction.
