Wine bill can help on several fronts

Florida Sen. Paula Dockery has written an opinion piece in the Florida Sun-Sentinal explaining how a well crafted direct shipment law can help reduce the risk of underage drinking. According to her, the bill she sponsored would not only create an accountable paper trail but would label each wine shipment to reduce the chance of delivery to a minor.
