Florida Considers Permitting Direct Wine Shipments

OK, so my Supreme Court prediction has yet to pan out - 20 days and no decision. But, some people might get relief before the Court decides.

There is a bill in the Florida state legislature that would permit direct shipments of wine to Florida addresses from out of state. Florida is one of the top 4 wine markets in the U.S. (along with California, New York, and Texas) so this would be a big boon to wine sellers and others in the industry (like us).
