Tradition, Tech Clash Over Wine

Wired Magazine has an interesting article highlighting some of the technological differences between "new" and "old" world wine production. The article's implied assertion that all old world wine producers abhor technology and corollary (all new world producers embrace technology) are definitely too broad. It is, however, a nice overview of some of the ways applied science has changed wine production.
